Statements can be conducted in our dedicated video conference room or in the field and can either be written, recorded or informal. Investigators are versed in proper interviewing / interrogating techniques. Services can be conducted either by licensed insurance adjusters or licensed investigators. In order to accommodate the variety of interviewees, Horizon provides tri-lingual Spanish / English / Creole speaking investigators and, if requested, certified translators or court reporters. EUO’s are conducted on a contract basis.
