In doing so, we recognize the need to limit our paper consumption and storage, minimize our vehicular use and whenever possible operate within the electronic media to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. To these ends, we have established client communications through email for reporting and documentation. Whenever agreed upon with our clients, we limit hard copies and paper trails and provide our reports, invoices, photographs, audio recordings, and video documentation via the internet. By subscribing to the most accurate data sources possible, we minimize the need for unnecessary travel and copy costs. Digital documentation and compressed data formats allow us to electronically transmit statements, video imaging, still photography and scanned documentation lessening the need for paper usage or mail services and storage.
